I have a big topic for discussion.
I have been playing this game since its release, I have never violated any terms and conditions. But two years ago, my little son, without my permission, bought Odin's chest in the store and a bunch of other offers for $ 100. I wrote to Kabam about an accidental purchase, but they did not react, I wrote an epl and they returned the resources to me. I wrote again to Kabam they did not react not that. And so I have been playing for two years without resources. I understand a lot of players cheated the game, but I never cheated and they can return the purchased resources since I have not used them in two years, but they entered my resources with a negative Balan and demand that I don’t use the resources and don’t want to spend. I always bought a subscription monthly, now for two years I have not bought anything. The logic of the Kabams cannot be understood. They don't have a customer focus at all. Just give, give, give, they don't even understand anything about support. The support responds in a formulaic way, no constructiveness. Even in the bank, accidental payments can be canceled, but there is nowhere worse.
If I wanted to cheat Kabam, I would have created a new account long ago and played.
