I have a 5star ht. Shall I r5 him. I already have r5 caiw sig 200. And caiw can do what torch can except for incinerate. Shall I r5 him. Also I recently got 6star mr neg. Who shall I rank up

    I have both r5 max sig and I don't regret it. Although there are a lot of fights they both can do there are a lot of fights where you can't use debuffs which makes human torche's nova flames necessary. Torch also gets much faster takedowns on mystic champs so definitely take him up.
