Missing deals in game store and daily login items from said deals

I purchased the collector unit deal along with the mythic shards deal. As I went to claim those items today it say I have no cards available to claim and when I go to in game store it says can’t retrieve purchased data. I haven’t done anything wrong so why the hell am I being punished on Christmas Day of all days to choose to do something? I tried to go a put in a request and it’s literally like trying to get blood from a turnip. Y’all made putting in a request so confusing because we have to know our first purchase.
