  Do you have to rank 3 someone? I’d prolly sit on those resources and hope for a Tigra dupe or another champ.

  If you are really good at Tigra (i’m not a good enough player to take full advantage of her) then you should rank her. Otherwise i would suggest saving it. If you awaken your Mojo he might also be worth it.
