Mr. Fantastic's Debuff doesn't Re-apply/Stack due to Pacify/Assassin Mastery

Legit question, why does this bug exist? His application of debuffs is tied to his OFFENSIVE ability accuracy not the enemy's DEFENSIVE ability accuracy in which Pacify and Assassin mastery reduces, so why do some of his debuffs don't re-apply/stack? This bug has existed long enough but was never addressed in updates.

There is no such thing as "offensive" and "defensive" ability accuracy. What makes something offensive and defensive is the champion to which it is applied on and during which action.

For instant, Falcon's Locked On reduces DAA by 100%. What this means is that while this passive is on the opponent, every time Falcon makes contact with the opponent the ability accuracy is reduced by 100%. If you fight Vision Aarkus, you can prevent armor breaks and coldsnap from applying, as long this debuff is inflicted while Falcon strikes Vision Aarkus.

For Pacify this means: while your opponent is inflicted with a stun debuff, its ability accuracy is reduced by 10%-30%. This includes the workings of any node that isn't specifically immune to AAR.

For instant, flux dispersal grants the opponent dispersal charges while struck. This can be prevented by AAR. But likewise, if you parry and do a heavy, Pacify can prevent the removal of dispersal charges. It is a double-edged sword.

I'm confused. Why would Mr fantastics debuffs not be reapplied because the enemies ability is reduced? You're the one applying the debuffs and you're the one refreshing them

It's clearly visible that the prefight debuffs didn't apply more than once

This is how it is supposed to work. The debuffs are refreshed. Not replaced or added on top

no, that’s not how it’s supposed to work. The special 2 adds an additional copy of each pre fight debuff

Hah. I thought op was referring to the knockdown reapply.

It stacked the second time for two debuffs though why

    It should be all three

Hope they fix this though. It's pretty annoying if the debuffs don't stack.

    >there is no offensive/defensive ability accuracy

    >proceeds to explain what defensive and offensive ability accuracy are
It makes perfect sense though. No ability is strictly classified as offensive or defensive.

There are offensive defensive and inbetween abilities

Inbetween ability is for example glance and it can be reduced only if the reductive ability says it reduces ability in general..example archangel

It doesnt get reduced by electra bw etc who affect defensive abilities only

Offensive abilities trigger when champiom does something and that activates something on opponent

Defensive abilities are like when they trigger once champions is being attacked

Also there are abilities which can be triggered offensively or defensively like magiks limbo

No. Glance just takes priority. Glancing AAR prevents elktras AAR from taking effect

Bug was reported in a different thread too (by me, couple others).

That's the description of his sp2. Yet it doesn't follow in game.

Hello again, it's been five days since I've last posted anything on this thread and we haven't received any confirmation if this will be fixed at all?

Hi writing this again to get a confirmation or response from anyone at Kabam to take a look at this.

    You sure about that?

Electra description say lowers defence ability. Hence why if you bleed with her vs say black panther the ai can't parry but if they hit you they can place a bleed.

Aol aegon node says lowers offensive ability so you can parry him but can't apply say cable heavy degen.

Where as aa neurotoxin drops just ability accuracy so stops both offensive and defensive.

Unfortunately pacifiy is also ability so it can stop both as well.
