15 strong looking to merge forces

Hi there

I'm looking for an alliance to merge with. I have a strong crew of 15 all with good compliments of 4/40s and 5/50s, typically with 300,000 to 400,000 pi.

We want to merge with a team up for maps 4 and 5 in aq, taking aw seriously for 5* shards and always collecting shards on completion, item use and summoner advancement.

We don't want to go crazy with it - we all have jobs and families - but that level of commitment should be a given.
