Mr Fantastic prefight issue

in Bugs and Known Issues
when using Mr Fantastic in the new weekly side event quest, he doesnt seem to be gaining the prefights for the number of unique debuffs on him at the end of the last fight. i started the first fight with 4 (like normal) and finished the fight with 8 unique debuffs on the opponent (after having used the 3 prefights at the start). is this a bug with the champ or a part of the side event ive missed

    just to clarify, the bug was that when in the pre-fight screen for the second fight of the path, only 1 prefight charge was shown, where there should have been 9
