Not receiving compensation rewards

Me and many members of my alliance never got the compensation that were given out. The part that surprised me was one of the compensation gifts was for iOS devices. The alliance member that received it was on an android and all the members that are on iOS never got it. We also never got the aw compensation except a bare few.
I came here to ask about and see if that's a known issue or did we do something wrong.

    They send this out weekly on Wednesday. They've been doing this for around 3 months.

    I see, that means I missed a few then because I haven't gotten them for a while

    When did they send this compensation? i didn't get the one for the parry and controls issue either.
