Awakening Gem usable when champ's already awakened

I noticed that I had the option to use an awakening gem on champs I already had awakened and was going to report it as a bug, but not knowing what would happen if I used it (so I held off reporting until I could get confirmation if someone else did). Well @Swedeah just uploaded a video showing the bug outcome (in typical hilarious editing fashion)
