Cracked Tablet Issue

I have a tablet with a crack going across the screen (see attached image), which causes half the screen to not register touches, so I have to rotate the tablet to play (I have a phone I use for my main, this tends to be for my alt).

Occasionally the tablet goes nuts and registers multiple touches (see attached image where I've turned on touch press logigng in developers tools)

I believe I have discovered a flaw in your automated system, it thinks the multiple touches hitting the screen are a third party app, but in this case it's simply a knackered old tablet. I know for a FACT that I'm not using third party apps.

Can someone properly review case #217824 because your support system is just fobbing me off with automated responses.

It’s unfair they would disable your account- when it’s clearly allowed to have more than 1 acct - everyone has multiple acct

You need to persevere with re-filling tickets on your explanation.

It's a pretty significant bug, who knows how many people might have been caught the same way over the years. It's the only explanation I can think of that makes sense.

It's just two shortcuts, the crack has caused one half of the screen to be dead, so having two shortcuts means I don't have to turn the tablet to be able to launch the game at least!
