Why Ultron evades even with armor shatter or true strike?

I dont understand why Medusa isnt shutting down Ultron s evade, i also tried true strike champs like Heimdall and Killmonger, hell even against Magneto he managed to evade

    His functions are immune to aar. That includes armor shatter and mags. Not sure on the true strike though.

    I fought Ultron a few times with Knull (in Incursions), and his true accuracy ignored the evade every time.

    Yes, and nodes also provide it. Is not that uncommon

    I know why Medusa & Magneto don't work but IMO true strike should work against him

    Mordo, Longshot, Archangel, Nimrod, Old Man Logan, Mysterio
    All these champs have some form of AAR immunity or resistance, & may be some more as well who I'm not able to recall currently

    Yes old man logan, Archangel, Mysterio(if not armor broken), Mordo and Mephisto(Passive AAR)
