Monthly Cavs bugged?

So I picked up some of the 15 units for 200 cav shards deal this morning. I STARTED with 750 shards. I picked up 5/6 out of the 20 purchase limit. I'm still at 750 shards. Maybe I'm not understanding something, so help would be appreciated!
