6.2.6 - Lag affecting Indestructible Charge

Unsure if this in direct relation to the lag effect.
I spent the last half an hour and 850 units attempting the champion, dexed his special 2 perfectly and my champion was not getting the prowess buffs required to remove the charges.
Can someone please look into this? As I paid for those units.
