Who should I bring to r3 over the other?
Both are solid tech champions with solid utility and Hard play styles. Don’t get me wrong, I can play either one, but I’m wondering who I should rank 3 over the other. Who will bring more to the table. Who needs the rank up more? Who has the better utility? While I’m leaning toward Nebula, Hulkbuster is so good as well that I still haven’t come to a decision yet. I’m not far in any of the variants yet, on 6.3.6, and my alliance is gold 3 in aw and Map 5 in aq as well.

I'm lucky to have r3 hulkbuster, and unluck to not have 6* nebula.
But since HB is very solid for most of the cav EQ in comparison to nebula, I would say go HB
