What gives kabam the right to make any defense tactics ability accuracy immune that’s a scam

I looked in the terms of service and you can’t create new abilities and just say whoops there ability accuracy immune. That’s just like requesting a refund for a purchase it’s a scam

    I also looked into the terms of service and they can do whatever they want to the game because it’s their game, they’re the DEVELOPers.
