We run 3 BG in AQ 5/5/4 master/heroic/normal mods respectively. BG3 is for less experienced members. AW 3 BGs. We use assignments and are taking active steps to increase our defender diversity. Officers assigned to their AQ BG have authority to adjust difficulty based on meme we feedback.
