Psychoman Buff 2022 (Suggestion)

So as we know, Psychoman received a (very miniscule) buff in March. I feel this honestly doesn't make a big difference in terms of what Psychoman as a champ can do and what he brings to the team. While increased durations are great and all, I believe that Psychoman is not a "damage dealing" champ and seems to be alot better as a "support".
My suggestion for Psychoman buff to make him alot more useful, but still balanced;(in my opinion) would be to give Psychoman prefights in order to give his teammates access of some sort to his control box.
If Psychoman could place prefights similarly to Mr fantastic (who can bring a fair bit of utility to champs that usually don't have access to the utility he does), I believe this could be game changing and make him a much more viable option in a team.
For example, his "Hate" control box could take Tigra (punishing heavies more often), Immortal hulk (more aggressive playstyle making it easier to build rage stacks) and I'm sure a few more champs to the next level.
His "Fear" control box (70% higher chance to throw specials) could also make alot more champions viable for nodes such as All or nothing, providing accounts with less diversity a much greater option and making progression a much less strenuous exercise in certain circumstances.
Unquestionably, Psychoman has some of the most useful utility and control in the game. If this utility and control could be game changing for not only him as a champ, but for many other champions that require meticulous management (Like Immortal hulk in my opinion)
I would suggest the following for his prefights:
Psychoman starts each quest with 2 persistent charges. Each charge can be used (one per fight) to activate a control box that stays active for the whole fight, or alternatively be on a timer (15-20 seconds) which resets every time the box's effect is triggered.
This will not include the additional power gain that Psychoman himself receives for Countering a heavy, hitting into the opponents block, or punishing a special attack. This control box could simply provide the PRIMARY effect (being more aggressive playstyle for Hate, more passive playstyle for doubt and more frequently thrown specials for fear)
Persistent charges can be gained by winning a fight with Psychoman, one persistent or prefight charge for winning a fight, or getting 2 charges for winning against a Mutant (maximum of 3 persistent charges)
Some champs have incredibly useful prefights, with (from my experience)War Machine, Wags and Mr fantastic being the most notable. Adding one more champ to this that can do something that nobody else in the entire game can do would be amazing and give a very average champ much more usability.
