Can login on WiFi - Can't on mobile data

I can log in to the game on any WiFi. But on mobile I can never log in. No matter how many bars I have.
Game version: 34.0.0
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S10 - Android 12
This has been going on for a couple of months and I figured it would go away. Obviously have restarted phone many times the past couple of months.
Any insight appreciated.
