Buffs are bugged

I had half of a fight against Phoenix with Angela. Angela had 2 rows of buffs and was doing 0 damage. I paused it (to try and screen record) and of course then it started working.

Today, BWCV fought Mr Sinister and even after SP2, he kept getting regen buffs. In the past she has been able to nullify his regen or at least block it with her SP2.

@Kabam Zibiit buffs overall need to be looked at, especially after also seeing Vega's war video where Spidey2099 wasn't getting the correct buffs. It's been 6 days and I can't trust champs usual abilities anymore.

    Yup, the Phoenix one I misread. Sinister i was pretty sure BWCV SP2 has worked in the past however. And I even had a moment where Angela was taking degen to a bleed even with 3+ buffs. And if you watch Vega's video, you'll see issues there as well. @Zan0

    Sinisters Regen is passive so BWCV would not work to counter

    What Vega video are you talking about? And what’s the issue with spidey in it?
