My Account Can’t Be Linked

So I’ve had my account for about 5 years and I have always been on game center. That is what my account is through and now I have been trying to link it to a kabam Id to be more secure. When I do it it doesn’t let me so the only way I can access my account is through game center. The “create a kabam id” button isn’t in the settings like it should be. I have tried contacting kabam but this is my second time now and I have had no luck. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate
it.

    As you can see it says “go to forums” when it should say “create kabam id”

    You need to click the login options. there u will see login in with kabam id. and you can create from there

    i have done that multiple times. i’ve created many new emails and i get no option to link my game center to it

    Hey @Cach35, I recommend checking out THIS article and reaching back out to our Support Team if you need further assistance with this process.

    If you find that your having trouble creating a Kabam ID using a specific email address, it's possible your account may already be linked to a Kabam ID. We don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forums so we wouldn't be able to confirm this for you. However, our Support Team would!

    I hope you manage to get this resolved but as we're unable to help here in the Forums, I'll go ahead and close this thread.
