Missing item from crystal

I just finished the “Teams Aplenty” Carina Challenge, claimed my rewards and when i started spinning my Mystic/Science dual crystal, my phone just goes off. I get my phone back up and i checked my science/mystic roster and it’s the same, no new champ or awakened champ. It’s just the same. I sent a ticket to Kabam and hopefully they give me back my crystal.

    Check your alliance feed to see what you got, assuming it hasn't scrolled past it already.
