Why is it when it shows that you should receive one amount of units on the open screen but it is not the same on the units area? This is unacceptable and when given the proof still not corrected or rewarded. This is equal to players cheating with 3rd party apps but instead it is the game admins cheating the players and not rewarding what they should have

    It’s a visual bug. You’re given the correct amount of items but the screen displays a higher amount. It happens when opening a large number of crystals

    I don’t carry if it is error. They should honor it. The error is on their side. Specially when it is the first time hearing about it. I did not know about this error until yesterday

    I shouldn’t have to go searching for all of the errors in the game. So stop defending them. This game has so many errors I wouldn’t be able to play if I read all of them

    And FYI I have opened many times multiple crystals and this is the first time it happen. So not rewarding the error is straight theft end of story. Don’t care what you think
