I bought it hoping to find hercules, but it's only until 2020. And the drop rates aren't there.

    The in game mail states it was only until 2020. The drop rate thing is a valid concern though.

    I bought the crystal hoping to get Knull or Hercules. I usually don’t read in game email offers for crystals. I accept that’s my fault. But it doesn’t feel great to buy a crystal pack and not have all the years repped when the point of purchase doesn’t mention it. I don’t play the game to read emails.

    This would be an example of an annoying communication glitch between player and developer that seems to pop up often with this game. Not a big deal and my fault, but the result is I’ll be less liberal with spending money on crystals because of this.

    I do believe drop rates should have been posted if not then they broke the terms of service contract. Report them.

    That is still on you. We all have responsibilities. It's not like you are the only person that works and has a family. You are a consumer, but it is still your responsibility to make an informed decision when you spend your money. They did warn you in the in-game mail.
