Which 5* Science champ should I max out?

Science is probably my weakest class out of my 5-Star champs. I'm trying to figure out who to focus on for the time being. The only one who's Awakened is She-Hulk. I have enough resources to get one of them to R5 maxed out. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated!

    I just haven't been very impressed with She-Hulk, to be honest. I know Spider-Ham has some useful abilities, especially when someone tries to use a SP against him, but doesn't that have to be unlocked by awakening him?

    Also, I'm really surprised that no one voted for Red Hulk. I've seen so much love for him that I honestly thought he'd get the most votes.

    You should not have modok at that high of a rank unless it's for defense

    You think an unawakened Ibom is a better option than an awakened She-Hulk tho?
