Not receiving right amount of UNITS when opening Arena Crystals

I did not receive the full amount of UNITS from the 50 or so Arena Crystals I opened today. Can someone from Kabam verify this and give me the number of UNITS I did not receive but should have?

    This is usually only a visual bug (happened to me yesterday as well). The units will show correctly if you go through a full load screen (like entering a fight) or restarting the game.

    May I know how many units are you supposed to get from opening say 10 crystals?
    I wasn't aware that its a fixed number.

    @elan0418 The issue (as I had it), was that the number earned when opening a crystal did not fully add to what I already had.

    Say he had 100 units but then opened a crystal for 10 units. Now his currency register says he only has 105 when it should be 110. For me, restarting the game reset the visual bug so that it now correctly shows 110.

    This has happened to me twice when cashing in my battle chips for arena crystals . It said 225 units but I receive less in my account. This a bug or what ?
