    I would suggest 1)Torch then 2)kitty when you can rank another. Torch doesn’t need awakening even, and he is amazing.
    Tigra requires a lot of skills to get good at, probably as much as the top 3 skilled or more (aegon, ghost,quake in no particular order)

    I will say Tigra first if you can play her well or try to learn her.
    If not tigra then Kitty is the 2nd choice.

    Try to learn any of the two champs and try to use them whenever you get chance. You can also try them in aw offseason for more practice.
