I’m curious about this offer. There is an existing version of this that was released a long time ago, and this appears to be an update to that. Is this meant to be a separate offer from the first one? As in, a new account could get both this and the original? Or is this meant to replace the old one?

This replaces the original Offer. If you had already purchased the existing offer (where the 5-Star is the level 60 reward), you'll still receive those as you level up, but a new player will only see this one.
Since this is replacing the old offer, will those that purchased the old one get the upgrades? Asking for a friend.
Not unless you purchase the new offer. If you're already level 60, you received all of the rewards from that offer already, and the choice is yours if you want to purchase this one as well.
$10 for a guaranteed 6* and 5* is a way better deal than the two weekly $4.99 Cav Nexus crystals which MIGHT net you those but more likely will give you 4* and 3* champs, maybe a 5* if you’re lucky.

I purchased the offer and since I'm already at level 60, I was given all of the rewards through the game mail. However, the five and six star crystals do not show up under the Crystals tab after I claimed them from the mail message! The three and four star crystals do, but not the five and six.
I made the purchase and received the in game email for each of the offers. I claimed them but I am not finding the crystals to open. I have also restarted the game just to make sure.
