Rintrah boss and all other champions are 0 pi and it says hero not found. Help kabam.

    Happened to me also,have tried three times to fight wong,three energies spent invane.The message is the same all the time, denying me the opportunity to fight the last boss

    Happened to me as well. I used a max energy restarting the entire thing and it still occured. I'm glad I'm not alone. Hopefully this will be fixed quickly.

    Same error in Cav EQ Wong quest.

    Restarting quest didn’t work.
    Restarting game didn’t work.
    70 energy lost - all path fights were fine and it only errored when trying to enter the boss fight.

    I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app still the same way and exited the quest and went back in and get to Wong and still the same thing WTH! Are y’all on the beta test? I am only happened when I ran a couple runs came back to the main now this 😡

    I finished cav last night (about 12hrs ago) and didn't have this issue, I might've raged hard if I had the problem you guys are seeing.

    I've just uninstalled the game reinstalled logged in then backed out which didn't fix it. I then turned my phone off then back on and the game is fine now. I would just try turning your phone off then back on not restarting

    Had it happen to me. Couldn't access the event quest i was in the middle of.
