Awakening Mutant and Science Gems

Finally explorered 5.4 now moving to 6.1 for Cavalier and i have a 1xMutant and 1xScience 5* awakening Gem. Just wondering if any of the champs below would benefit:

Mutant: Apoc, Bishop, Magneto Red, Old Man Logan, Nightcrawler, Colossus, Cyclops (Blue Team).

Science: Red Hulk, Overseer, Gladiator Hulk, YellowJacket, SpidermanOG, SpiderGwen, Antman.

Or do i Save. I already have AA awakened.

    AA deserve generic… or colossus but need to give him also some signature stones

    Red hulk the best in the list, but you could wait

    AA is awakened, Colossus is a good shout but should i wait for Omega Red etc?
