I used to play on my old account Sheems on my iPad.I then accidently broke my iPad and by the time I fixed it I lost my account so it would be appreciated if Kabam send me all my characters to my new account OM3GA69

2. 99% sure they are not going to transfer your champs. It’s been posted in multiple places that its a good idea to back up your champs and link it to a Kabam account. If you didn’t do that, its kinda on you.
I'm in that last phase in my current ticket.
Through the in-game menu.
Open game, stay at home screen, tap settings icon. In the settings menu scroll down on the left hand pane, you know, the one that doesn't look like it scrolls? that one. You'll notice customer support as a button. Hidden away so no one can find it.
And there you have it. Enjoy pulling your hair out talking to them, too. The form asks for specific information, and a 'general comment' area. No matter what you fill in, they WILL ask you all the exact same information. It is infuriating, to say the least.
It is not Kabam's fault. You did not back up your account on their servers like they suggest...therefore it is your fault.
Stuff happens. But everyone in here is correct. Submit a ticket with support. They will make you validate your old account from prior purchases. You will have to click the gear icon in the game to submit a ticket though.
