Can Kabam please answer me?!

I used to play on my old account Sheems on my iPad.I then accidently broke my iPad and by the time I fixed it I lost my account so it would be appreciated if Kabam send me all my characters to my new account OM3GA69

    1. You are barking up the wrong tree here. Mods here can’t do anything account related. Get in contact with Customer service.
    2. 99% sure they are not going to transfer your champs. It’s been posted in multiple places that its a good idea to back up your champs and link it to a Kabam account. If you didn’t do that, its kinda on you. :/

    @Lightvayne is correct. Support is the route to go. They will most likely make you choose which account you want to keep and push your old account to your new device if wanted.

    Yep, file a support ticket. Then they'll tell you it should be resolved by a certain time, usually at the end of the business day. At that time, they will then begin to ignore your ticket for several days before actually doing anything.

    I'm in that last phase in my current ticket.

    Open game, stay at home screen, tap settings icon. In the settings menu scroll down on the left hand pane, you know, the one that doesn't look like it scrolls? that one. You'll notice customer support as a button. Hidden away so no one can find it.

    And there you have it. Enjoy pulling your hair out talking to them, too. The form asks for specific information, and a 'general comment' area. No matter what you fill in, they WILL ask you all the exact same information. It is infuriating, to say the least.

    OMG! The characters were in the pocket , and now everyone is playing hide n seek , once they are done playing will send them to you .... what is your new device 😂 did they get good treat as well if they returned to you ..... 😂😂

    I am saying , you are breaking the rules , asking directly or addressing directly to mods , they are not here for answering any individual, if you need any individual assistance then go to support and they will be addressing your issues individually, second you break something, then you lost something, why you blame Kabam for your mistakes, did they come to you and stole your characters. Grow up and don’t post such insulting posts , instead you should have asked the options in the forum or suggestion from people who may have occurred similar issues like you. That’s why we have this forum.

    I highly doubt they will send you the champs to the new account. Might be able to recover the old account though.

    @Xthea9 first of all I didn't insult them(the admins)in any way also it's kabam's fault I lost the account I even spent money on that account

    It is not Kabam's fault. You did not back up your account on their servers like they suggest...therefore it is your fault.

    Stuff happens. But everyone in here is correct. Submit a ticket with support. They will make you validate your old account from prior purchases. You will have to click the gear icon in the game to submit a ticket though.
