Please help

I bought The Excelsior bundle not to long ago and open my cav teddy crystals which was supposed to be 5 but only gave me 4. At the top of the finish screen you see in my pic it says 5 open but the count and rewards and my count only show 4. Please fix this

    You got 5. Whatever the 2nd dupe was was a champion you already had at max sig, so it turned into a max sig crystal, which is why it doesn't show up.
