Unexpected heavy attack while fighting

Hello,
So the bug is to make an heavy attack instead of a light attack during a fight, and get blocked on the heavy.
I experience this bug for some time now, as some mate in my alliance. This bug seems not new, even if it has begun to appear few month ago for me. I found a 2017 post with this issue :

As i notice it for some month, maybe it has been fixed, and came again, maybe not. For sure this bug is annoying because we get often hit when loading the heavy. So we get ko, so we lose ressource and everything at the end, and worst of it, we don't enjoy to play. This bug come in arena, qe, qa, aw, ... everywhere. It happens many time yesterday when i was rushing the 6 cavalier chapters of act 6.1.
For the dev team :
Difficult to reproduce this bug. The main concern is that after a while, a light touch on the screen is understood as a long touch by the app. On a map (like aq or eq), when we try to scroll, the map just zoom. So when we fight, instead of a light attack it makes a heavy (so like if we hold the touch). It means that this bug doesn't occur only during fighting, but seems a more global concern.
So it occurs in all stage of the game, so in all kind of fighting. Doing arena, it will occur often (if not always) before reaching the 3x multiplicator level, so within 15 fights.
It occurs with all kind of champs.
Is it related to a level, i don't know as i didn't remember this bug some month ago (i play since 10 month or something, and i notice it since 2 or 3 months). Maybe related to my switch on android 10 some month ago (so maybe a concern on android release in 2017 which disappear then come back), again difficult to know.
A way to go around is to switch app from phone and come back. During a fight it means entering in pause, going to an other android app (home screen or whatever), then continue fight when coming back to the mcoc app. Then things go to normal, ..., but after a while come again.
Once it begins in fight, it always occur (sometime finishing fight with MM combo to avoid a L not to make an heavy and get struck).
Android 10, and latest version of the game
Ps : Graphics and gameplay are really good. But please, spend also some ressources to invisible things like server (too often lag to connect), quality of code, unit testing, etc. Otherwise why a good visible image if the game become impossible to play and enjoy for coding and network infrastructures concern ?

No, because i am tired to lose fight several time a day just because of a bug. So is kabam is going to try to solve it ? Or is kabam just gonna give some compensation for the lose like every week until this bug is solve (you know my account, no problem about it) ? Or just answer like if they try to solve it, or try to get more informations about it ? Or just give a work around if they know one ?
SO IS KABAM IS GOING TO TAKE THIS BUG WHICH OCCUR SEVERAL TIME A DAY IN ACCOUNT ? IT IS NOT A MINOR BUG AS IT AFFECTS THE GAMEPLAY AND THE FUN TO USE THIS GAME SEVERAL TIME A DAY ?
I have noticed that i have this bug when i play arena in a certzin way, and doesn't seem to appear if not. But also, only when i play arena and after each 3 fight ask for recovery the 5* i used (which could explain why i didn't have this bug when i didn't have my 5*, so didn't ask for recovery champ in arena)). Also when i do that (ask for recovery) the app often lag or get blocked (sometime need to reboot the app). And after a while the bug with the heavy start to appear.
Is it the same for you, did you notice it ?
Or hope some members of the staff could solve it with this informations, seems the bug can be reproduced in this kind of way.
