    i had many issues at first creating the account and then maintaining it with getting correct in game name info cause i had 2 different accounts and such. but once i stuck with one and kept name simple everything worked perfectly.

    It's generally a North America / U.S. only service. Some people have had luck using it in other locations, but not usually as it's probably ISP aware of where you're accessing from in most cases.

    Ye I emailed them and they said I have to be in the USA
