Arena bug, help needed!

I’m doing arena and in the matchup preview screen, I select fight and get the following error message: “Heroes do not match your team’s heroes”.

Anyone have this issue or advice? I closed the game and rentered to no avail.

    playing mcoc now is so stressful not like before..because bugs are all over the game... why you havent fix it yet sir? i just hope you fix it all the soonest... thank you.. player from the phippines

    I’m going through this now… i’m missing an entire arena, guess it will be back to normal when it resets but i’m missing an entire arena smh

    It is because the game doesn`t show the champions that are on cooldown correctly. For me it was when I used autofill. It uses the top available champs. Because they show as usable the game will load them in. But when you start matchmaking the game encounters an error because the champs were already used and thus are on cooldown.
    It is probably a way to prevent cheating, but because the game has a bug in registering used champs (as far as I know only with autofill) this error shows up.

    I quit out of arena and thus lost my streak. I think if you wait till the champs should have been of of cooldown (2 hours for 4 stars) it should let you do the match and keep your streak.

    Unable to play warlock arena as error pops up "hero do not match hero in your team"
    and i am not able to play further and i am missing my entire arena
    my champs are stuck i need urgent assistance as i am losing time in arena

    I’m glad it’s not me, but I feel bad for you all. That’s a lot of units and battle chips I’m missing out on. Mine have been stuck for 48 hours.

    i was able to exit that by quitting the series but it did it again and i quit again and now it seems to work fine

    @BluCh thanks, been playing this game forever and never noticed it. Of course I still haven’t heard from Kabam.

    It’s been almost 72 hours and I still haven’t heard back on this board, nor have I heard back from the ticket I submitted. I’m not dying to do arena while this bug lasts and while my report goes unanswered.

    Wow, just got a response to my ticket asking me to let them know if it happens again. No mention of missing out of an entire arena, milestones, streak, and my 5* champs being locked… great customer service.
