Gwenmaster won't get Sp2 after throwing special after getting 4 prowess

in Bugs and Known Issues
I was attempting gwenmaster fight for completion. And faced this issue several times.

Issue: Gwenmaster would get 4 or more prowess,then she would throw her special and i would dex her special as well. But that didn't trigger the phase to be completed.

I Have Attached the video below.
This attempt wasn't very smooth, but i assure you that before this attempt, i did it perfectly fine. i.e. without having extra bar of power or something else.

Please enlighten me about what caused this.
Was it me, or a game bug. I wasted a lot of units on this 😞.

    just a guess, but i cant think of anything else. when prof x dexes and his falter is on cooldown, his dex text is blue rather than yellow since it functions to remove a second from the cooldown, and thus the game considers it a different "dex" and it doesn't count for the phase condition. I imagine it would work just fine if falter wasn't on cooldown.

    If that's the case, then it should be fixed.and it should count as dex.
