"Purchase no longer available"

The store to buy units with real money says "purchase no longer available"and it has been like that for almost 2 weeks. I've tried uninstalling the game and then reinstalling, cleared the data history including the cache in my phones system, signing into my account on another device and making a purchase, reseted my phone multiple times and many other things but all of them don't seem to work as I am still unable to buy units. Please could you help me with this problem as I've been constantly trying to get in contact with KABAM properly regarding to their progress of fixing this bug.

    What country you live. Where is your Provider registered?

    My Google play account country was in Australia if that has something to do with it, and since I'm currently living in New Zealand I can see why it may look fraudulent but I just want to know how to fix it properly.

    If this issue is present in other apps, I recommend reaching out to Google's support team for assistance. However, if it's only occurring in MCoC and you haven't already, please try the troubleshooting steps below in an effort to resolve it.
