Kitty Pride SP3 Power Bug

Before the release of EOP week 5, getting hit by a SP3 while phasing would give around 2.5 bars of power to Kitty due to her increased power rate while phasing

However this week I noticed I am gaining only 1 bar of power after being attacked by an SP3, the extra power rate isn’t being applied. Lagacy released a video on the same bug I’ll link below

    it is power gain rate on a whole, not just kitty. Look at how much power you gain normally when gettign hit or hitting champs
