Does Eop Bishop lower ability accuracy

As you can see from the results of my "experiment " Hyperion is not stunning 60% of the time and I don't know why, I'm wondering if I missed something in the nodes or in bishops abilities, or if he's just broken

    Thats the Hyperion experience. Sometimes you get 28 stuns in a row and sometimes you only get one stun in 52 specials. It’s just the way it goes.

    Because your comment doesn’t accept the truth. It’s not guaranteed to stun exactly 60% of the time. On average (and not over the course of a fight) Hyperion will stun 60% of the time. If you took all data from the start of the game you would probably find that the stun triggers About 60% of the time. Just because you get unlucky a few times doesn’t mean it’s bugged.

    Didn't claim he was bugged, and my comment was literally me saying I have video evidence, not to mention my original post was a question, there's no real reason to "disagree"

    It's math (statistics) flipping a coin 10 times does not guarantee 50% of the time it'll be heads. Every special has a 60% stun chance for that special only, independent of whatever else has happened. So you just had bad luck.

    Math is hard. 5/18*100 = 27.8% outcome. Each "roll" is still independent. Probability and outcome are 2 different things. Otherwise every time heads is flipped the next would be tails.

    I think you're failing to understand, if something had a 5% chance of happening and then something else had a 95% chance, let's say whatever happened happened 50 times, and 40 of those times were the 5%, that would mean something is very wrong with the odds, I'm not saying that Hyperion is bugged or anything, I'm asking wether I was super unlucky or if Bishop lowered ability accuracy
