So this ability was just changed to this point, but is still not "fixed" against champions with double hit attack?
Also, Archangel is still bug and is currently immune to concussion debuff, and not immune to other ability accuracy changers like BW or Crossbones. Is this in investigation? (Since it is being reported since March).

Also so much energy to be spent any plans we can hear for cheap energy refills? Something we can plan for?

I really doubt it. They’ve had these quests before and it’s just a handful of fragments.

I have a few in my alliance also wondering this. Also, whether Legends runs will require the same or not.

I remember than when you released Quake, more than a year ago, you mentioned that she was designed to stun the opponent also if he is in a middle of a special.
i remember that clearly (and i'm sure that all the veteran players too), because it was few weeks after you nerfed Parry in a way that it won't stun the opponent if he's in a middle of special attack. you said you did it because of some problems it cause when you the opponent during his animation. The community asked why parry can't stun during special and quake can. you never replied to that question and i'm sure you'll never reply to this "history lesson".
The way i see it, you nerf quake.

Like I said earlier they’ve had these quests before and it gives frags just like the permanent T4B proving grounds.
