36.0 update missing items

The update for version 36.0 did not increase the storage cap nor did it allow energy refills to go over the max amount of 70 energy though it was communicated that both would be with update 36. The only updates were new Thor Jane Foster and the ability to use units to buy rank up materials for 1-4 star champs.
