Dr. Voodoo Broken [Not A Bug]

Just took my duped 5* Dr. Voodoo to R4. Few things are not adding up for me on his abilities and I wanted to check with the community to see if I am interpreting it correctly.
Issue 1:
I show his poison damage on L1 to be 4262 of direct damage over 20 seconds, which would equal ~213/second (4262/20). However, I'm getting around 114/second in poison damage.
Issue 2:
His regeneration shows to be 2587 over 10 seconds which would equal ~259/second. However, I'm getting 154/second in health regen and that's with having Salve and Recovery masteries maxed.
Also, on the issue 2, with him being duped, it reads as if he would get the regen buff for almost double the time, since Brother Daniel is with him at the beginning. Which the regen timer does go for the extended amount. Just wondering if they took the 2587 and did it over 20 seconds which would make his sig ability a hindrance to his regeneration, as it takes longer to regenerate. The regen math roughly adds up if this is what Kabam did.
(2587/20) x 1.15 + 5 = 154.
Multiplied by 1.15 for recovery
Plus 5 for salve

You look to be correct on this. I tested it on his healing. I should be getting around 6k of health at the beginning of the fight. In the screen shots below, I tried to take 6k of damage the fight before Hyperion (Hyperion picture). After Hyperion was almost fully healed, which I took some parry damage (Nebula picture). Everything checks on that. Great catch!
How about the poison damage. Is it set at a rate of .5 seconds as well? Harder for me to test that one. Math wise, your .5 second deal evens out. 2280 damage divided by 10 is 228. Which would be the 114 times 2. Thanks!
