AW Top Bracket

Recently we were informed that AW rewards for the Top Brackets are going to get a significant bump from Season 37 onwards
This makes me think that the "Not so Top" brackets might once again end up getting short end of the stick with a very minor & insignificant rewards upgrade
So this makes it imperative to determine what exactly is this Top Bracket ??

(% are based on the assumption that 30000 alliances participate in AW seasons)

    We don’t know, but going by past precedent all brackets get an upgrade. It’s just that the higher you are the more you get, which is exactly how something with brackets should be.

    The update will most likely be for all the brackets
    But from their announcement it seems like the Top Brackets will get a highly significant update whereas lower ones will get a minor one
    Something like about 80-100% increase for the Top bracket, but only 20-25% for the lower ones.... hypothetically
