Are we ever gonna be compensated properly?

in Bugs and Known Issues
First off the game is still bugged which is incredibly frustrating, and we didn't even get proper compensation in the first place, no revives, no health potions, no energy refills, we didn't receive any of that, I'm trying to play on a second account and it's impossible with the parry and dex issues

    So you didn't get any weekly and monthly comp packages they sent out with everything you just said,
