Who should I pick 6* nexus

I'm really confused on who to pick and which champion will be really useful , I am at sq 6.3.1 and already have a 5*r5 cmm . Suggestions would help me to make a choice

    Since u already have a cmm at r5 I wouldn’t chose her, stryfe is better for long content so won’t be too much help In act 6 so fantastic imo
