Is Corvus bugged in AQ?

in Bugs and Known Issues
An ally-mate of mine has been having an issue in AQ where Corvus' l2 does considerably less damage than it should, & doesn't power drain when the opponent is fully red. No debuffs or node interactions were active at the time.
Has anyone else experienced this?

    Do they still have glaive charges active when using the SP2?

    Yes. He said there was nothing out of the ordinary, which is why he was questioning it. Didn't know if it was a bug or known issue. Pretty sure he said it's only in AQ.

    I run 2 Corvuses and haven't noticed any issues with either of them in AQ.

    I had problems last week in aw he had 3 charges and was hitting only 2k on mediums node 23 so no safeguard. (6* r4)
