Graphics settings selector?

Wouldn't be that great to have such an option to change your in-game graphics settings to approach a better game quality and performance?
I know that depends on which device you're playing on, the graphics are different, so such things as texture settings, details level, particle effects settings(such as fog, flame, background etc.) already exists, so why don't we have such a selector in the settings menu, just after the language selector for example
The reason why I suggest this topic is because I'm running IPhone X, and I think that I'm on the max graphic settings, so I'm getting enormous lags when for example I'm fighting against Vision Aarkus, and he has some sort of particle effects on him, or Red Goblin the same thing, or when I'm on the arena(environment) which is full of fog effects or other VFX going on.
So I believe that I'm not the only one with this issue so, this option will definitely have a huge success of making a good game experience for many players, so they wont need to change the phone time to time just for affording the game stability.

The problem of the game is that it has poor optimization, the graphics in this game have not changed since 2015, but it lags on the most powerful phones. I think the game needs a serious redesign because it looks good for 2015, but not for 2022. I want to suggest a couple of ideas for the game:
1 - update the graphics (now every second phone pulls Genshin Impact at 60 fps, tablets in general 120 fps so i think it would be a good idea to update the graphics). *I understand that the developers want to capture as many devices as possible, so you can add graphics division into the game - low, medium, high.
2 - to simplify the interface (minimalism is very popular nowadays - it is beautiful, pleasing to the eye and makes the interface more understandable).
3 - make the game smoother (of course I don't know, but in my opinion the game runs at 30 fps, and in battles it can drop to 15 fps).
I understand that all this is difficult, long to implement and requires a lot of resources, but the game needs a modern upgrade, because it's just ridiculous in 2022 to play a game with 2015 graphics, 30 fps, and wild lags. In general, I like the concept of the game, I only have complaints about the appearance.
The game just doesn't change at all. New levels, new characters, new ranks for characters, a new rarity of characters are added to the game, but the game itself does not change, as there were lags in it, so they remained there. Why do many people choose iPhone? They choose it because of the smoothness, and this very smoothness is simply not in the game.

That's not true at all. The game has had many graphics updates throughout the history of the game which is why device support falls off for older phones. The game runs in 30fps because of the enormous amount of devices that are supported by the game. I have a pixel 6 pro that has a FPS selector and I can put it on 60 or 90 and the game runs in 30fps regardless of my settings.

Just like any PC setup, dropped frames has many things that can make that happen. Not enough ram, not enough GPU support etc.. Older phones have outdated chipsets that don't run the game as smoothly as newer ones because of the updates to the graphics.

I had a LG V60 before switching to the Pixel Pro. Now, I see different animations than I did with my LG like with champs like Ghost and Magneto. These animations have been seen by iOS users for a long time but only available for Android on high end devices. iOS is easier to program for because there aren't 1000's of different devices that are supported by iOS, there is just the iPhone and iPads. Android on the other hand has so many different devices because of the wide ranging versions of Android. I believe that the game still supports as low as Android 6. My Pixel is on 13 now.

I'm sure they could make the game run in 60 or 90fps if they wanted to but then there'd only be a handful of devices that could actually run the game and that's not the goal.
