Where's my mythic crystal?????

I completed world heart 100%on legendary and was offered 2× rewards of 3000 6* shards or mythic crystal i choose 3000 6* shards first and my second was a mythic crystal. I never received my mythic crystal where is my mythic crystal???????????????

    Crystal tab. Where the 6 star shards are. Scroll to the bottom it will show the mythic shards and underneath it will have the open button as its fully formed

    It's a selector silly.. you pick either 6* 3000 shards or Mythic Crystal (you don't get both) since you already said you pick the 6* 3000 shards.. you don't get the Mythic Crystal.. its simple as that..
