1st time player in Grandmaster Gauntlet lost everything

I need to know what’s going on here cause I was ramping up my ægon all the revives and potions and units I used to then get kicked out half way through. Then I get a message about some BS error that I knew nothing about. Will o be getting ALL my resources back cause I basically almost emptied my revive stash. I’m so pissed right now. And I’m trying contact Kabam and there’s no what of reaching them

    i quit out when i was at void by accident and messaged support to put me back, maybe they can put you back in when the quest is back if you dont go into any other quests, that really sucks man and i hope you can get it figured out with support

    Trouble with that is that Aegon often loses combo when that happens

    They could of put out a warning message. And I would of hurried up. I was taking my time planing each fight… I’ll live with aegon losing combo cause I was finishing up korg had Apoc and herc and AA I would manage… I’m so upset right now all I can do is laugh !

    but issue here is that he ramped up Aegon. I highly doubt they can add him with combo meter at max. They couldn't do it for Horseman ability when some people had a crash. In his case it won't help as Aegon without rampup...
    That is different though. That has to do with Pref-Fight Abilities and Cross Fight Abilities rather than just setting the number of Persistent Charges to a specific value. I just think that the fairest thing to do would be to put OP back where he was rather than just give the items back. Obviously if they can't give Aegon his charges back they would need to find a way to compensate OP.

    They set me back with stryfe at 0 charges and no revives/potions

    I mean, they didn’t send something perfect in-game, but they did mention on forums that they recommended summoners to not go through the gauntlet until this issue was resolved.

    My biggest issue with this is not knowing when it’ll be back..
    I set aside a few hours tonight to get the run done.. Wanted to use my boosts before they expire
    Also this now delays my progress to become paragon only need one more r4


    Wanted to push it while I still had time to hit a higher milestone in eop.. hopefully sorted in a few hours but or a day max but that’s most likely wishful thinking :disappointed:

    @Squirrelguy i understand that. But I work a 9 to 5 like majority of ppl here + been doing OT… checking the forum this one time was not a priority. Jumping on to play a game for fun was my only care/focus. Not everyone is locked into the forums. That same message could of been a in game message. Just like they warning us IN GAME bout 3 party apps and bands this deserved some level of effort. Cause it’s not a cavalier quest…. This stuff is hard for progressing players trying reach end game
