Which Science Champion To Rank Up?

I am currently trying to 100% act 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4. I don't really know how to play each of these characters but DO NOTE THAT I RUN SUICIDES. The character I am currently leaning towards is Mr Negative due to his sick animations. I also don't really care about prestige so that should not be a deciding factor.

    It’s toss up with Mister Negative and Hulk. Once you get down how to use Mister Negative - he’s a freakin beast. Few heavy’s, when opponent turns “white” throw SP2 - damage is legit.

    If you have Hercules I think I Hulk would be better.
