Masteries not applying in battlegrounds

I played the first match with my stored masteries setting saved to my deck and it worked fine. Then it never worked again. I show note that i change back my masteries to liquid courage and double edge to do arenas and when I went to play battlegrounds, it used the liquid courage and double edge masteries in battlegrounds, I played at least five games. I play on a red magic 6 v4.0, Android 11.
